Met the cost savings of $1 million dollars the first year that the Oracle/JAVA Enterprise Transaction Invoice Integrity System (TIIS) was implemented.

Participated on a multi-million project that replaced Garland Assembly Plants legacy COGNOS MANMAN system with BaaN ERP by gathering requirements, testing, writing SQL and Powerhouse Queries, massage data, data mapping, deployment, and UAT before taking responsibility of day-to-day operations and support.

Conducted a Green-belt project on the logistics receiving discrepancies. Lead the project to implement process and system changes to improve the quality of outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors), minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. Designed, developed, and implement the Discrepancies system first in COGNOS Powerhouse before migrating it to a MS Access front end with a MS SQL back end.
