Macerich Company – Hired on a contract basis to review tenant plans for four shopping centers throughout the U.S. Reviewed architectural, mechanical and plumbing plans for compliance with Landlord’s Tenant Criteria.

General Growth Properties, Inc. - Hired as a Project Manager on the final construction stages of the Northridge Fashion Center (Northridge, CA) expansion. Including conversion of Broadway department store into multi-level retail spaces, open-air entertainment center wing, addition of a Pacific Theater and restaurants on pad sites.

Project Manager & Retail Tenant Coordinator Awarded Project Manager and lead a department of six direct reports responsible for overseeing all phases

of a $12 million retail entertainment expansion and renovation for Northridge Fashion Center (Northridge, CA)

Hired and managed architects, engineers, consultants and contractors. Prepared building pad locations for theater and restaurants, including hiring and management of soils
