Profile My name is Nino Ganal aged 17 (present). Student from St. Catherine’s Catholic College Singleton. I am in interested in applying for a position to gain experience in a variety of areas including business, customer service and volunteering roles that will allow myself to grow and develop new skills for future endeavours. Hoping to graduate in 2016 and study at University of NSW (UNSW) or Newcastle for Graphic design/ Marketing/ Architecture.

Experience Waiter at Club Singleton’s Thai Family Restaurant- late 2013 present I have been a member at Club Singleton’s Thai Family Restaurant for almost 2 years (present). I’ve been a waiter with the experience in a variety of areas including finance, customer service, problem solving and new opportunities to assure quality service to customers.

Crew member at Subway singleton (Sandwich artist) - early 2013 - 2014 My first part time job was having the privilege to work as a Sandwich artist at subway singleton. It was a great experience to start by learning the basics to customer service, exploring new challenges and solutions to new problems. I was a member there for 1 year.

Volunteer work Service For School (Christian Service) 2015 - present Throughout 2015 i have been privileged to a variety of public services including volunteer work for school programs. Volunteering for the Mercy Convent (combo lane singleton) whereby we were apart of a team catering for concerts and public open days, serving tea, coffee and foods. Pleasurable experience meeting new people.

Education Currently finished my 11th Year at St. Catherine’s Catholic College. Now beginning 2016 in Year 12.

Skills I am passionate in learning in new environments, exploring new areas and experiencing at hand the different areas of business and many other roles within hospitality, customer service and volunteer work. I am a visual/creative/hands on worker, open to new challenges and new opportunities. My major areas in school include Faculty of Arts, Music and English. Flexible with time, open for new ideas, open to new experiences, approachable and easy going - customer service and volunteering is my passion.
