United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA): Communications manager for initiative that stood up new IT system for workflow management, documents, data access, and generic drug review process. Produced communications plan, analysis documents, redesigned intranet site, monitored web analytics, and led outreach efforts to inform t he Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), a major part of FDA.
