My first experience in a managerial position came as a 22-year-old young employee where I earned through tireless dedication and commitment to excellence. This position came after swift promotion from working as a customer service representative with Hollywood Video’s Corporate store to the store Assistant Manager and Hiring Manager within 3 months of initial hire. I used the same ambitious appetite for success when I began a 10-year foray into the Property Management field in 2000. I began working with Equity Residential as a leasing consultant quickly working my way into an assistant property manager position within a year of hire. After that time I held positions as Leasing Manager and Property Managers for a few different management companies out of Riverside and San Diego Counties. In each position I have inhabited I have flourished quickly, achieved internal and external awards and recognition for my ability to think outside the box, and achieved rapid promotion within the various organizations with which I been part of. I moved out of property management when activated for overseas military service with the United States Navy where I served meritoriously in Afghanistan as part of a Joint Provincial Reconstruction Taskforce. I earned the Navy and Marine Corps Combat Action Ribbon as well as earned my second Navy and Marine Corps Medal and received an Army Commendation for service during my deployment in Afghanistan. Upon my return home, I used my GI Bill to attend college and earn two Associate’s Degrees, graduating with honors, and transferred to UCLA in 2012. I concluded my Bachelor’s Degree program in 2014, graduating after earning my place in the National Honor Society, Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies. I have earned awards for unique decision making under pressure and exceeding expectations while in combat during my service in Afghanistan so I am confidant that given any situation I am presented with I will thrive and achieve excellent results while exceeding expectations and remaining loyal to the brand I represent. Collect data and complete the program checklist using accurate and appropriate percentages throughout each session.

Testing for mastery and introduction of new programs as needed

o Communicating progress to the Program Coordinator for each individual case.

Participating in family clinic meetings as directed by the Program Coordinator.

Maintaining contact via phone a minimum of once per week with the Program Coordinator (text or voice).

Attending quarterly staff meetings and professional development meetings.

Reporting incidents and communication from the parents to the Program Coordinator immediately.
