Managed, directed and trained 17 volunteer committees typically with 950 registered volunteers. On average, the work and support of volunteers saved the organization $379K a year in donated labor.

Worked directly with graphic designers, researched apparel trends to project event merchandise sales and demographic demands for the three-day Beale Street Music Festival and WCBCC that typically grosses more than $152K each year. Additionally, selected and coordinated merchandise vendors for both events which brought a combined revenue of $45K yearly.
