EXPERIENCE    Trac Fabrication 08/13 – Present (Sales, Operations, and Safety) Company specialized in building all­terrain power wheelchairs for wounded military veterans and individuals with disabilities that allowed them to get back out “off­road” like they could before, in these chairs that would take them where no other powered or manual wheelchair could take them.  Duties included; Meeting clients, networking, developing leads, closing sales, organizing charitable events, building chairs, shop upkeep, shipping and receiving, ordering parts, and overall company planning and marketing. 

 Alex Roofing Construction / SRI Roofing & Sheet Metal – New Castle, PA 08/12 – 09/13 (Safety Director) Served as the Safety Director for two contractors of similar trades.  Held monthly company safety meetings; developed and conducted training seminars; conducted jobsite inspections; managed fleet of company vehicles; developed site specific safety plans for jobsites; established safety committee that effectively reduced workers compensation rate costs by 5%; Zero OSHA Citations during tenure with company. 

 Golf Mania Proshops Inc. – Pennsylvania / Michigan / Florida 06/06 – 04/12 (Store manager/Regional manager) Began as sales associate, became store manager after 2 years, evolved into regional manager at Michigan and Florida establishments.  Made daily decisions on new sale items; managed the hiring, training, retention, and termination of multiple employees; handled customer service needs; in charge of ensuring that store met or exceeded expected sales numbers; merchandising visually appealing product displays daily; checking in new orders to inventory system weekly; maintenance of property; maintaining cash flows and inventory levels daily; drafting schedules for store employees.
