Project name: 8724 4th AVE, NYCINVESTORS BANK2013This project was commissioned by Investors Saving Bank in New York City, NY. The bank had bought a new property which they wanted to rehab and turn into a state of the art financial institution. I was set as the project designer and in charge of the progression of schematic design to construction documents. By working directly with the sub-contractors, I was able to create a unique space that both fulfilled the need of the client as well that of the user. Utilizing pieces such as a new airfoil facade and Armstrong suspended ceilings, this project was a huge stepping stone in my professional career.

Project name: The WellRESIDENTIAL OASIS2011I was commissioned to design and build a residential oasis for a client in the town of Haddonfield, NJ. The client had an existing backyard which he had a lot of pride for, and wanted to transform his pool shed into a more useable space. I was asked to turn this mundane shed into a Tahitian Hut. Having the ability to design as I built, this project spared no detail. By implemented various pieces of Tahitian architecture, such as the pointed peak and grass thatch roofing, The Well is the best example of both my architectural and carpentry skills.
