History

A dreamJosua always wanted his own restaurant. He worked at many famous

restaurants and last year his dream came finally true. He opened his own restaurant: Amiral. It was a TV show called ‘Mijn Tent is Top’ that gave him this opportunity

The name ‘Amiral’Amiral is located at the van Kinsbergenstraat in Apeldoorn. Van Kinsbergen just

to be an Admiral. The French word for Amiral is l’Amiral. L’Amiral did not sound good enough so they changed that into Amiral

The buildingAmiral is a restaurant in the center of the city. There is no parking space in front

of the building, but there’s a big carpark nearby. Amiral is housed in a old authentic Dutch building and used to be a Persian carpet store

Product

French/Dutch cuisine Taste the season says a lot about the menu Suprise menu ( three till seven courses ) The amount of food of every course is

adjusted to the number of courses a guest orders. This means that every guest will leave the restaurant with a full stomach.

Staff

There are seven people working at Amiral. Two are working in the kitchen and the other three are serving the guests

The kitchen team consist of a Chef and a Souschef and the serving team consist of a Maitre, waiter and a hospitality student

The waiters wear different clothes that match the seasons
