The work that shall be performed includes, but is not limited to, the maintenance of all common areas, including banks, slopes, lawn, flowerbeds and pathways. Our licensed professional contractor and certified landscape employees will furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, permits, insurance and taxes in his performance of these specifications.
