- BPI/ BFB deposit account
- For ADA: single or joint account, CA or SA
Regular Accounts & Regular Tie-up Accounts:
From the Seller/s (Individual):
- Original TCT / CCT under borrower/s' name
- Original tax clearance on land and improvement for the current year
- Certified true copy of latest tax declaration on land and improvement under borrower/s' name
- Photocopy of tax receipt on land and improvement for the current year
- Certified true copy of the cancelled TCT/CCT under seller/s' name
- Certified true copy of the cancelled tax declaration on land & improvement under seller/s' name
- Two (2) valid government issued IDs of seller/s
- Certification of full payment upon claiming of loan proceeds

- Certified true copy of latest tax declaration on land and improvement under borrower/s' name
- Photocopy of tax receipt on land and improvement for the current year

- Certified true copy of the cancelled tax declaration on land & improvement under seller/s' name
- Two (2) valid government issued IDs of authorized signatory/ies
- Official receipt upon claiming of loan proceeds
- Updated statement of account
