Lee Rennick is President of RHA-RMS INC.She has over 23 years of experience in delivering strategic marketing programs for corporations and non-profit organizations. After completing a degree in fine arts, Lee established a career in fund development and marketing working for organizations like St. John Ambulance, Canadian Feed The Children, and Second Harvest. In 1997,she launched Rennick, Hoppe & Associates with her partner Peter Hoppe. Lee is a leader in developing innovative marketing concepts and cross promotions, securing corporate and business-to-business partnerships, and building customer loyalty programs. She is an avid researcher, always looking for common ground between the corporate or charitable partners she is trying to bring together. Lee is well connected, and brings a strong corporate marketing and branding perspective to non-profit initiatives and programs.

Peter Hoppe is CEO of RHA-RMS INC. He has over 25 years of charitable sector leadershipexperience. After completing graduate studies ininstitutional and business administration, Peterlaunched his career in fund development withThe Kidney Foundation of Canada. Prior to joining RHA, Peter was Associate Executive Director of the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Vice-President, Development & Communications of Canadian Feed The Children. During his tenure in the charitable sector he was responsible for raising annual revenues in excess of $10 million through awidely varied fund development portfolio. He isseasoned in many areas of fundraising including:strategic analysis and planning, direct responseprogram management, corporate partnerships,corporate giving, foundation grant proposals,writing and communications.

The Canadian Child Care Federation (CCCF) enlisted the help of Rennick Hoppeand Associates to develop a Fund Development Strategic Plan that would assistthe Federation to diversify its funding. RHA was able to identify the Federation'sstrengths and opportunities that would be attractive to potential funders andcorporate partners. Working closely with the Federation, RHA quickly pulledtogether an extensive, multi-year fund development strategic plan that hasprovided the Federation with a clear path forward on developing and buildingupon a strong and diversified donor base.
