Cold Start Delete: Yes No This feature is used to warm up the catalytic converters during cold start and will allow the car to be quieter (more neighbor friendly-especially in the early AM hours).

Rear O2 Off no Check Engine Light: Yes No (Off Road Only) This does not mean you will pass emission or Inspection. It will simply turn off the light on your dashboard. You will need catalytic converters to pass emissions. See your state requirement if you are cat-less.
