remote, hands-on, "you-tube" mediated education (rhyme). ccme 2011 presentation
DESCRIPTION
Students practicing in UBC's Distributed Medical Program can feel disadvantaged in their clinical exam preparation as rural supervisors find it difficult to prepare students for the exam nuances having practiced outside the urban teaching community for many years. RHYME is an innovative medical education project designed to bring video-based feedback from urban academic centres to students practicing in rural and remote settings.
