Remedy Rides Objective
Our companies main objective is to design, manufacture, rent, and sell, affordable long lasting electric scooters to the South Florida
public.
Our team has designed a 100% environmentally friendly scooter that is
extremely safe and reliable.
How does Remedy Rides Differ?
Rather than search many different suppliers and acquire individual parts from around the world, we design, manufacture, sell, and rent our own GREEN
scooters directly from our factory.
Our economically friendly scooters release far less emission than standard scooters produced by
leading manufacturers.
Why These Scooters?
If U.S. cities were made more scooter friendly, we couldsave almost 4 billion gallons of gas annually by 2020 which means decreasing our dependence on foreign oil to $21.4 billion per year.
Europe and other countries already have a vast majority of their citizens riding scooters.
Remedy Rides service
The unique aspect of our service is the “sharing” model
Vehicles are positioned at stations throughout our operating areas and will be permanently available for use by customers.
Members will be able to view available vehicle locations online
Our service is made possible by our R.R. system: Customers will sign up and be issued a member card They will choose a PIN for security reasons Once the card is used, users will be charged on a pay-
as-you-go basis and expenses will be tracked to their card
Remedy Rides Target Market
Our major target markets will be people who do not hold a valid drivers license, as scooters can be operated without one.
Large DUI scooter rental department to keep with with the high demand of drunk drivers in South Florida.
Federal Law states that an electric scooter is considered a “bicycle” if they:
1. Has less than a 750 watt motor2. Has functional pedals3. Has a max speed less than 20 mph

Remedy Ride Departments
The company is divided into three distinct departments:
1. Call Centers process new memberships, reservations, customer
service calls, sales and leases, and other miscellaneous tasks
2. Physical Locations enrolling, receiving/discharging vehicles, and make
reservations (diagnostics and repair scheduling will be handled here as well)
3. Maintenance routine maintenance (oil changes, tire changes) as
well as making necessary repairs in a timely manner.
