Greetings Reid Temple Family,

Our church has several core values that define who we are and determine what we do. We are committed to the Word of God and sound preaching and teaching. We are committed to walking by Faith and trusting the leading of the Holy Sprit. We are committed to reaching souls for the Kingdom and operating in alignment with God’s agenda for us. We are also committed to relevant ministry that reaches every person where they are.

June is a special month for us because of all of the ministry efforts that take place during this time of year.

The Women of Reid Temple are excited by the arrival of Women’s Season 2015. Over the next few weeks we will be blessed by the ministries of several anointed and gifted pastors and preachers. The highlight of the season will be our Women’s Weekend and our Annual Women’s Day. We encourage all women to plan to participate in the events that will take place in the month of June.

Our Youth are preparing for the annual Broken retreat and our Teen Evangelistic Weekend. Like last year, we are expecting God to meet our young people in both these experiences and we look forward to the decisions for Christ that will be made.

Our leaders are also preparing for our first ever IMPACT conference, which we expect to be empowering and edifying.

Indeed, June is an exciting month for us and we are eager to see what the Lord will do!

This year’s annual leadership and ministry training conference is designed to equip ministers, lay leaders and ministry workers to have a greater impact in the area of their calling. Sessions will be led by anointed men and women of faith, both clergy and laity, who are gifted, experienced and trained in head and heart. Participants will get the opportunity to engage and interact with these experts. Workshops will cover topics such as evangelism, empowerment, faith and finances, millennials, social media, non-profit management and funding, volunteer recruitment, social justice and soul care.
