PLANNED COMPOSITION OF PROJECT TEAMS

STAFFING OF RST POSITIONS

THE STRATEGY TEAM Sectorial program managers will work in close cooperation with legal experts of the technical office and all key stakeholders in

order to facilitate process of revision NTSU and also manage and monitor respective reform projects. The team will facilitate

donor coordination.

THE ANTICORRUPTION TEAM The recruiter, compliance and investigative experts will enhance transparency of SOE operations and CEO competitions.

THE COMMUNICATIONS TEAM PR experts of RST will stimulate reforms promotion

• DRAFT LAW CONCERNING REGULATIONS OF AUTOMOBILE TRANSPORT

(Directives 92/6/ЕС, 96/53/EС, 99/62/EC, 2002/15/EС, 2003/59/EС,

2006/22/ЄС,2009 /40/EC, Regulations 3821/85, 561/2006, 1071/2009,

1370/2007, 165/2014);

• Draft of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministry of Ukraine concerning

creating a Maritime Administration of Ukraine and Statute of Maritime

Administration of Ukraine);

• Assistance in the functional review of the MoI and developing new

functional structure for MoI that will be implemented in the beginning 2017

• Assistance and analysis of the draft of the Decree of the Cabinet of

Ministers of Ukraine concerning approval requirements for the quality

control of works on construction, reconstruction and repair of roads under

the conditions of FIDIC;
