Reflexive VerbsLAVARSE(to wash oneself) Verb Reflexive Form Pronoun 10. Subject Pronouns When you learned to conjugate regularverbs, you needed to learn a set ofpronouns called "subject pronouns." Yo ustedes Tu nosotros El/ella/ustedvosotros 11. Reflexive pronouns To learn to conjugate reflexive verbs, youneed to learn a different set of pronounscalled "reflexive pronouns." Thesepronouns are positioned before the verb,while the ending "se" is dropped and theverb is conjugated normally. 12. Reflexive Verbs Reflexive verbs are used totell that a person doessomething to or for him- orherself. 15. Reflexive Verbs Reflexive verbs have twoparts:1. a reflexive pronoun(me, te, se, nos, se)2. and a verb form. 16. A verb is reflexive when the subject and the object are the same. The purpose of the reflexive objectpronouns is to show that the actionof the verb remains with the subject. Note that many, many verbs can be madereflexive.
