Incentives

• A cash reward shall be paid to an employee who refers a candidate. The amount will be based on the grade of selected candidate.

• The details of cash reward is as follows:

• The referral incentive would be paid once the selected candidate joins and spends 3 month with ACL.

• No incentives shall be paid for candidates selected in grade G1 – T1 . • No incentives shall be paid for referring an ex employee.
