Through this letter, I would highly recommend the candidate Manuel

Cruz-Guzmán García as an architect who has amply demonstrated a capacity

for work and talent. I was his teacher of the subject “Architectural Projects 3”

(5th year), architecture degree at the “University Alfonso X el Sabio” in 2009-2010

and later I served as his tutor in developing Final Degree Project which he

defended brilliantly few months ago. I can therefore say that I know first hand

his qualities as a student and I have been able to follow his evolution at the final

stages of his training as an architect. Manuel has shown great creativity

coupled with a high sense of responsibility, both for personal and team work. It

is worth mentioning especially his communication skills, demonstrated in small

groups and with relevant audiences.

I can point out specifically, as proof of his capabilities, the highly

complex projects development, as were the last project of “Architectural

Projects 3” and the Final Degree Project from a bold and unprejudiced

attitude. In both cases he proved his value, particularly in demanding situations,

involving the areas of architecture, urban planning and major infrastructure

and they required a lot of maturity to propose appropriate, realistic and

proportionate solutions without relinquishing to create highly plastic value

environments. In Final Degree Project scored the highest rating of the last calls.

For all these reasons I reiterate my strong recommendation of the

candidate Manuel Cruz-Guzmán García and I would suggest to him career

options that are required in a large dose of creative talent.
