As Direcsr of Marketing, Erich Switzer was a key part of the CDS team. He was responsiblefor leading our'marketing and business development efforts. A major legacy has been the

establishrnent and promotion of the CDS brand.

I found Erich to be an energetic individual who drove our marketing and business development

efforts. He helped CDS become more client focused by training, coaching, and challenging ourleaders be more focused, accountable and committed. As a result of his efforts, we saw the

amount of prospecting activity in our sales pipeline increase...but, the true results came in ourpresentations. Erich helped us drastically improve our winning percentage! He worked closelywith our 'presentation teams' whenever we were short listed for a project to ensure we had awinning strategy, great visuals and were well rehearsed.

During our annual business plan development, Erich worked closely with the leadership team toensure our market sectors had a focused plan. He worked one-on-one with each of our Directorsto develop marketing strategies to increase their visibility in the market and their revenues. Hisapproach was always unique and stretched our corporate culture.

He would be a great addition to any progressive organization.
