o For existing users : Click on Sign in found on the top of Rediff Shopping homepage

o Browse and find products you would like to buy

o Add the products to your shopping cart

o Proceed to check out

o Sign in with your Rediffmail shopping ID ( if you haven't already)

o Add or update your shipping address

o Provide payment details

o Review and submit your order

o Check your order status

You can pay by

1 COD - Cash on Delivery COD is cash on delivery facility wherein you can opt to make a payment of your order at

the time of delivery. We offer COD facility for a wide range of products and delivery to a number of cities If you are unable to view COD option at the payment page, then we do not have COD

service for that particular city and you are requested to change the delivery address or opt for a different payment option

The gift code is to be inserted in the box provided at the payment option page. The system shall update with the balance on the voucher The voucher needs to be redeemed before its expiry date. If the voucher is expired, the amount is forfeited and cannot be regenerated.

5. DD or Cheque Payment

If you would like to pay by demand draft (DD) or by cheque (CHQ) then you need to

draw the DD or CHQ in the name of .Rediff.com India Ltd... Ensure that the cheque is crossed You need to mention the order number on the reverse along with your contact number

and email- ID. You can either send the DD /CHQ to Rediff.com or you can send in a request a pick

facility on the payment page.

6. EMI scheme

EMI means Easy Monthly Installment is a scheme through which you can choose to pay the value of the order in three equal parts.

This scheme is available only on ICICI Bank and Citibank credit cards. Your credit card would be charged for the order value and the same will be payable by you

in 3 equal installments via 3 credit card billing statements No processing charges or interest charges applied on the payment made by EMI Post-dated cheques are not accepted.

7. Payment procedure for Gifting within / outside India

If you are placing the order from India, you are required to make the payment via credit

card, cheque, demand draft or net banking payment options. Gifting is not available for COD shopping transaction.

If you are placing an order from outside India, you will be charged with the dollar equivalent of the Rupee price mentioned on the site

Return & Refund Policy

o If you wish to change, modify or cancel your order, it can be done provided the product has not yet been shipped to you by the seller. You will need to provide your name, email and order ID for registering your request.

o In the rare case of you receiving a defective, damaged, or a not-as-described product by the seller You must call or drop in a mail within 2 days from delivery of your product so we can help resolve the problem either by arranging for replacement or refund by the seller. To register your complaint, you need to provide your name, email ID, land line or mobile number and order ID.

You will need to return the unused product along with its original packaging with all the items included with the product within 7 days of registering your complaint.

o The following products shall not be eligible for return: Flowers, chocolates, cakes, mithai, dry fruits, vegetables, food items, perishable items, lingerie, or innerwear. We advise you not to accept delivery of such products that are damaged or not-as-described by the seller. In case of you receiving spoiled edible products you must call or drop in a mail within 2 days on receipt of your product so we can help resolve the problem. Products that do not apply to any warranty and/or return policy will be made specific in the product details section.

o For all products cancelled and/or returned, you will be given a credit for the same amount you have already paid. A refund is processed based on the mode of payment. Credit card refunds are done back to the credit card itself and will feature in the following monthly billing statement. Net banking refunds are done to the bank account you made the payment from.
