The starting and stopping points for recycling and even the starting time for automatic fractionation can be decided without complicated setting operations. Even valve switching times for starting and stopping recycling can be set automatically.

Therefore, there is absolute no need to deal with complicated time programs, enabling users without fractionation experience to operate the system with confidence.

Recycle-Assist is not only able to perform recycling preparative chromatography according to specified settings, but is also able to monitor chromatograms to execute recycling and fractionation at the required timing.

By recording operations during manual fractionation, the timing for switching valves and other operations made by a user can be saved as a method for use in subsequent automatic recycling preparative chromatography.

Note 1: Connects one detector unit, such as an SPD-20A UV-VIS detector or RID-10A differential refractive index detector.(Chromatogram data from non-Shimadzu detectors can also be loaded by installing an A/D board (P/N: 223-04202-91) in the CBM-20A controller.)
