may be in the room, greet PNMs, serve food and drinks, help direct women, and help keep the chapter on time.  The may NOT hold extensive conversations with PNMs and be in any way involved with encouraging a PNM to “Go Sigma.

All membership recruitment publicity for the Formal Recruitment Process will be the sole

responsibility of the College Panhellenic Council through the CPC Marketing Team

which is made up of active members of the CPC community. Any flyers or promotional items are to go through the CPC approval process. With the exception of Phi Sigma Rho, no flyer or promotional item, other

than t-shirts or bid day items will be approved for use prior to recruitment.

Per the NPC Unanimous Agreement, no sorority woman or potential new member may have any association with alcohol

starting 24 hours before the start of formal recruitment through 24 hours after bid

day. For Formal Recruitment 2013 that would be 4:00 p.m. on

Thursday August 29, 2013 through 7:00 p.m. on

Monday, September 3, 2013.
