Dear Loïc Prudhon, You were there, so you already know how epic TNW Europe 2016 was. On day one, Gary Vaynerchuk broke off mid-keynote to call TNW Conference 'unbelievable,' 'f*cking awesome,' and 'the nicest set up to a conference' he had ever seen – that’s quite an achievement. This edition was three times bigger than last year’s and will be remembered as a major milestone: 20,000 visitors, 150 speakers, amazing parties, food trucks and performances made TNW Europe 2016 feel more like a festival than a conference. We couldn’t have pulled off such an epic conference without the help of our trusted, hard working crew. Thank you for taking time out of your regular schedule to create such a warm and wonderful atmosphere at our event. We carefully selected a team of ambitious individuals that came with the right skills, and attitude, to make an ideal crew. And we were certainly not disappointed – working under high pressure, you demonstrated that you could keep a cool head and get even the most challenging tasks done in an admirable, professional way. Whether in a group or by yourself, you were cooperative, helpful and took the right initiatives; truly an indispensable part of the team.
