Attach two adhesive grip tabs to the bottom of the mug facingeach other. Helium inflate three 18" foil balloons. Attach ribbonto the stem of each balloon. Arrange the balloons with onefloating above the other two balloons. Tie this bunch directly tothe adhesive tabs. Gently curl the 260 entertainer balloonsusing the Twist-N-Flate™. Place the 260 entertainer balloonsinside the mug. Make a small bow with the polka dot ribbonand tie onto the arrangement.
