source of vitamin C, potassium, fiber and other antioxidants. Pomegranate juice will go well with green

pomegranate rather than buying processed juice. The seeds of this fruit also contain significant amount of

milk. Blend it in the same way as described above until the smoothie is creamy and enjoy the healthy drink.
