Terms of sale

The cost for the reception is an all-inclusive flat-fee. Prices for the reception start from 240 € per person, transfers not included.

RATE

Must be confirmed 15 days prior to the date of the reception and will be used as the basis for invoicing. Please note that this arrangement is possible for a minimum of 100 adults, i.e. payment for a minimum of 100 guests (children not included).

NUMBER OF GUESTS

Upon confirmation, you will be sent a quote along with a request for a deposit; the booking is only considered complete once the deposit has been received. 30% upon confirmation, 30% two months prior to the date of the event, 30% one month beforehand, i.e. a total deposit of 90% of the full quoted amount.

DEPOSIT

The balance is to be paid in full, without discount, on the day following the reception.

BALANCE

In the event of the cancellation of the reception less than 120 days prior to the agreed date, the deposit will be kept by the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS

The menus, table names and table plans are to be provided by yourselves, along with the guest list in alphabetical order.

RECEPTION PACKAGE

The rates given include the room and a buffet breakfast as well as complimentary wifi, free access to the wellness area (relaxation room, lap pool, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, saunas, sensoriel showers as well as the Fitness room) You have access to the Pure Altitude Spa upon reservation.

RATES

At the time of booking, and in the event that rooms are booked individually, you will be sent a confirmation form. This form must be filled in and returned by the indicated option date. A deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay will be requested to guarantee each booking.

GUARANTEE

We endeavour to make rooms available as early as possible. However, please plan for them to be ready from 4 p.m. onwards.

CHECK-IN

Rooms must be vacated by midday on the day of departure.

CHECK-OUT

Upon reservation of your reception we ask that you inform us of your approximate request in regards to the number of rooms that you will need (minimum 40 rooms), please note that the remaining rooms of the hotel are still open for booking by other clients, unless you choose to reserve the hotel for exclusive use.

In this case, all the unreserved rooms unused by your guests will be billed on the basis of 2 persons occupancy per room.
