Britney is one of a dozen A-list celebrities who’s private financial information, including social security number, was hacked and posted on the Internet, reports TMZ.com. “A website — we’re not disclosing the name — has posted social security numbers, mortgage amounts, credit card info, car loans, banking and other info of major celebs. In addition to Beyonce and Jay-Z … the site has snagged financial dossiers of Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Mel Gibson, Ashton Kutcher, Joe Biden, Robert Mueller, Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder and LAPD Chief Charlie Beck.” Britney and Donald Trump were compromised later. LAPD and the FBI are currently investigating.

“For The Record“ Sequel In The Works?

Is Britney filming a follow-up to her 2008 MTV documentary, “For The Record?” Fans noticed her new bodyguard carrying around what looks like a camera bag during her recent outings to the dance studio and beach. Don’t get your hopes up too quick, though. Back in 2010 “Everytime” writer Annet Artani claimed she was being interviewed for a new Britney documentary, Tweeting: “Primping today, nails and skin and styling, for an interview I’m doing tomorrow in a Britney documentary! Fun!” We also believed Edan was helping film a follow-up during the “Circus” tour, but turned out that camera was just for security purposes.

We couldn’t go a day without news of Britney’s much-anticipated Las Vegas residency earlier this year, but negotiations chatter cooled after Team Britney and Caesar’s Entertainment couldn’t reach an agreement about the amount of shows she’d perform. Britney and her team want her to

perform a “series of two-night engagements over two years, with extra dates possible during a convention week,” reports the LVRJ.com. The number of shows during this two-year period is the issue prolonging an inked deal. Let’s face it: Britney performing in Las Vegas is a multi-million dollar gamble that could catapult her stardom further, or taint her polished image. If she succeeds, she’ll open the door for younger celebrities to reside in Vegas, or receive poor sales and contractually carry on a lackluster residency for two years. Britney news often leaks before it’s official, whether it be a collaboration, a music video concept or a surprise performance, so it’s no wonder many fans jumped to conclusions about this residency. There’s definitely a split; half want her to continue touring the world and perform in their hometown/country, the other half see this as a new experience for her and the potential behind something new. Potential or not, there’s been little progress (publicly anyhow) about this lucrative deal. A source tells the RJ “challenging times” make longer-term deals riskier. That is true, but it’s impossible to take big strides without it. One thing’s for sure when Britney moves to Sin City: no sinning. It’s reported Britney’s team will keep a watchful eye on the sober superstar. “They really are going to be monitoring her behavior and moods to make sure she is feeling okay and ready for the hard hours of work she needs to put in each night,”

said a source to In Touch. “Britney’s absolutely not allowed to gamble, and she can’t bring anyone back to her suite at the casino,” either. That’s going to be troublesome for rumored boy-toy David Lucado, who’s innocently hung out with Britney since Valentine’s Day, including their latest trip to a tanning salon in L.A.. Perhaps Britney will ignore the orders and invite him along for the ride Kevin-Federline-Onyx-Hotel-Tour style. Then again, we know how that ended… Caesar’s Entertainment, in charge of Planet Hollywood’s 7,000-seat Theater of the Performing Arts, confirmed they’re in “discussions with Britney Spears’ representatives regarding a potential headlining residency at Planet Hollywood.” Before that, Larry Rudolph told media he’d be “shocked” if the deal fell through. “Hoping to have a deal done very soon,” he said on February 5th. The giant theater can be curtained off to a cool 4,000 seats if ticket sales fizzle, but with Britney’s track record we doubt that.

“Till The World Ends”, one of Britney’s most successful tracks of her career, debuted two years ago! Max Martin and Dr. Luke produced the track and lyrics penned by Ke$ha. It was named as the third best song of 2011 by Rolling Stone. “Till the World Ends” sold 117,000 copies after its first three days of sales in the United States, debuting at number twenty on the Billboard Hot 100 on the week of March 9, 2011. It became the fifth highest debut of her twenty-five entries on the chart. It also debuted at number ten on the Hot Digital Songs chart, and at number sixty-eight on the Radio Songs chart; on the latter chart, the song debuted at number sixty-eight with 16.8 million impressions on

“Till The World Ends”145 stations. On the issue dated March 17, 2011, “Till the World Ends” sold 158,000 downloads (up 36%), peaking at number five on the Hot Digital Songs chart. On the Hot 100, it climbed to number nine, becoming her tenth top ten hit. The song also jumped to number forty-seven on the Radio Songs chart with 26 million impressions (up 56%), and debuted at number twenty-six on the Pop Songs chart. It later peaked at number four. The following week, “Till the World Ends” dropped out of the top ten of the Hot 100; it returned three weeks later at number eight, on April 13, 2011. Following the release of the remix featuring Nicki Minaj and Kesha, the song peaked at number three on the Hot Digital Songs chart, with combined sales of 246,000 downloads (up 102%). The remix accounted for 167,000 copies (68%) of the total sales. “Till the World

Ends” also peaked at number three on the Hot 100, becoming Spears’s eighth top-five hit and her third of 2011 after “Hold It Against Me” and the “S&M” remix with Rihanna. In May 2011, the song peaked at number 4 on the airplay chart, her highest-charting song on the radio in her entire career. “Till the World Ends” became Spears’s seventh number-one dance song when it topped the chart in May 2011. On the week of July 10, 2011, the song surpassed two million downloads in the United States and it has sold over 2,638,000 copies there as of June 5, 2012. Even though the world didn’t end, Britney fans are still dancing. Looking forward to her next smash!

MTV Praises Brunetteney

Britney rocked it at Elton John Viewing Party, strategically picking the Oscar’s afterparty to debut her new do, and she’s receiving about as much attention as Jennifer Lawrence falling on her face! MTV is also impressed with her new look. “Britney, her Deep-V cleavage, and her brand-new brunette locks were snapped upon entering the 21st Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party last night. First, we’ll just put it out there that we’re totally digging Brit’s new ‘do. We wouldn’t ditch her signature blonde forever, but we

full. Second, props to the “Scream & Shout” goddess for picking a totally strategic time to debut her new look! It’s like, the gal wasn’t nominated for an Oscar, yet you and I both know she got as much attention as Oscar winners Daniel Day-Lewis and Anne Hathaway combined. That said, if we had it our way, Britney would just win all the Oscars, and the night would be a retrospective of her greatest moments/looks/songs/sequin leotards. Still working on that for next year.” All eyes on her.

Brunette Britney debuting her new do at Elton John’s viewing party in West Hollywood is all the buzz. “Britney has wanted a change for about a month, but we waited a while until we decided to go with it,” Britney’s colorist Brittany Hunter from Mark Slicker Salon exclusively tells E! News. “We wanted to make sure she was going to be committed to it before we made the change as it can be a difficult process going from light blonde to brunette. We started the process on Thursday and then finished it up on Sunday. We wanted to make sure the color was going to stick and it wasn’t going to fade.” Britney helped decide the exact hue she wanted for her famous locks. “Over the past month we both pulled out general pictures from magazines that we both like and then we collaborated on the color. I wanted to keep her as close to her natural color as possible, so not too dark. In the end we went with a very natural and rich light brown. We wanted the right tone that would complement her skin color,” Hunter explains. So what was Britney’s reaction to the new shade? “She was very happy with the result. She was just ready for a change,” Hunter says of Britney’s new hair. “Going from blonde to brunette can be difficult, and I am very particular about making sure that I get the color level just right. I wanted to look after the health of her hair at the same time.” And if anyone was up for the job, it was Hunter. The two have worked together before. “I’ve been working with Britney since 2011. I met her through her sister Jamie Lynn, as I used to do Jamie Lynn’s hair. We’ve been working together on and off, but I have been back with her since the beginning of this year.” But will Britney keep the new look, or will she run back to the familiar blonde she’s famous for? “I do think she will stick with it. She seems very happy.”
