Dont do over-the-top upgradesUtilize recycle materials that add value to property; flooring (Habitat.org)Use materials from other jobs, ONLY if they fit-in with the design of the property you are working onLimit the amount of recessed lighting; 6 instead of 12 etc.Install skylights and light tubes in hallways when possible for natural lightAvoid over-spending for items and establish relationships with owners of discount warehouses
