Class Duration: 1 Day
Activities:
1. Read the story with the class on the Smartboard.
2. Ask the students some questions
a. Does Lilly like to take baths? No!
b. Why doesn’t Lilly think she should take a bath? Because she is a wild cat.
3. Ask the students to draw the things Lilly does as a wild cat.
a. Climb a tree
b. Try to catch a mouse
4. When does Lilly decide she doesn’t want to be a wild cat anymore?
5. After Lilly takes a bath, her mother gives her beef stew. Tell the students this is a kind of
soup.
6. On Voki.com, each student will create their own Voki. Their Voki will tell the class what kinds
of foods they would put into their soup.
