SUMMER PROGRAM

(7 TO 18 YEARS OLD)

Summer Safety

Open Door Policy: I understand the conditions under which the Club operates, and I acknowledge that the Club provides a recrea-tion center and not a day care facility. I understand the Club's “open door” policy, which allows children to come and go as they please, and that this means that members are free to enter and leave the Club facilities as they please. I understand that once a member leaves the Club facilities, they cannot return that same day (The member may return the same day if written consent is provided from the parent prior to the youth exiting the building). Members that sign out & re-turn without written permission will face disciplinary action up to and including suspension & termination of membership. I understand that professional supervision will be provided for members at the Club facilities and on field trips only, not outside of the building, and that no loitering is allowed outside the entrance to Club facilities. I also understand that it is my responsibility to instruct my child whether and when the child can leave Club facilities. If your child(ren) are going to walk home, one of the siblings must be 13 years or older to escort youth younger than 13 years old home.

CLUB RULES

Member who do not follow Club rules will face disciplinary action up to and including suspension & termination of member.

1. Members should sign and in out of the Club using their member-ship card. 2. Members are expected to keep all areas of the Club clean and neat.. 3. Do not use foul language. 4. All personal items must be placed in a cubicle. 5. Members will be held responsible for their behavior. 6. The phone is for emergency use only. 7. Members may only eat and drink in the multi-purpose room. 8. Members are permitted in designated areas only. 9. Respect yourself and others. 10. Keep your hands, feet and body to yourself. 11.
