Our unique location with tropical gardens on Rarotonga’s romantic sunset coast; fringed by our exclusive white sandy beach gives you a variety of locations for both your wedding and reception. Each of our wedding packages are designed to provide an exciting range of services for

The cuisine of Crown Beach Resort & Spa incorporates 2 distinct styles of food reflecting the diverse food history of the Cook Islands allowing your guests to appreciate the fusion of cultures and local agricul-ture. Please advise your wedding coordinator at your initial consultation of any dietary requirements.

Canapés As you transition from the ceremony to the reception; tease your guests’ taste buds with a taste of what

is to come with any of our 3 canape packages.

Alternatives will be offered in the case of unavailability of a selected item. Pre-orders are required for our set menu, however an alternative drop option is available with a minimum of 20 guest and

maximum of 40. Children 5-10yrs are $15.00 and from 11-16yrs are half price.

We can offer round or square cakes with a variety of flavours. Our Pastry chef is more than

happy to facilitate your special requests. Cakes are decorated in white frosting or chocolate icing

with ribbon and fresh tropical flowers to suit your theme. Vegan cakes and croquembouche are

also available upon request.

Important Information

Payment TermsWe require an initial $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your Ceremony or Reception.

Should you choose to book your Ceremony and Reception with Crown Beach Resort & Spa, a non-refundable deposit of $1,500.00 is required.

90 days prior to your event we ask that 50% of your total cost is paid in advance with the remainder paid within 30 days prior to the event.

Payment can be made directly into the Resort’s bank account or by request of a credit card payment form.

Cancellation Policy Initial Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation of weddings are subject to cancellation fees, as stated below, unless notified 60 days in advance.

Cancellations must be made via email at all times, verbal changes will not be accepted or honored.

Any wedding cancelled between 30 and 60 days of the wedding will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the event.

Weddings cancelled 30 days or less from the date of the wedding, or no shows, will be charged a

100% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the event.

Price ChangesAll prices within our Wedding Kit together with terms & conditions shown above, are current at this time and are subject to change at any time without prior notice (except in the case where an exist-ing booking for a particular service is confirmed and an initial deposit has been received by Crown Beach Resort & Spa).

Quotes for outsourced services such as photographers, videographers, entertainment, floral arrangements, and wedding cakes may change without notice and will be confirmed at time ofbooking the service.

Weddings held on any Cook Island’s public holiday will incur a 15% surcharge on all packages and services.
