Description

SSPM- Automatic Linear Piston Filling machine is extremely flexible filler, capable of volumetrically filling low

viscosity (thin) liquids into high viscosity (thick) liquids or creams with or without particulates. The product delivery

from the bulk tank to the pistons can be configured with either a buffer tank with level-sensing float or through the

manifold with direct draw or recirculation methods.

The conveyor is equipped with Variable speed AC motor drive. It will allow the operator to control conveying speed

to meet production needs. The conveyor speed may vary from product to product or container to container for a

number of reasons, such as the container size or shape, rinse times or fill times. The motor controller keeps the

Equipment / Systems are optionally configured with advanced programmable logic controller and touch screen based

Human Machine Interface. It enables operator friendly controls and high flexibility of productions. PLC system having

AUTOMATIC ROPP / SCREW CAP SEALING

Description

SSPM - Cappers are tough stainless steel spindle cappers designed in a way to automatically place and tighten a wide

variety of ROPP and Plastic caps onto containers in a sanitary environment. Each tightening spindle is spring loaded

and driven by a torque control device for increased disk-to-cap contact and reduced disk wear. This unique design

eliminates the need for transmissions, belts, pulleys, and universal shafts which in turn reduces the size of the machine,

lowers maintenance time, and expands the capability and adjustability of the capper. The Capper can accommodate

standard closure sizes ranging from 10mm – 120mm with additional components/ change parts.

Operational Description

The filled bottles are automatically transferred to sealing/ capping station through a star wheel. The caps are picked up

automatically before the bottles are conveyed to capping heads. The sealing station consists of ROPP capping head

with cap torque control device. The pressure on the bottle can be reduced and thereby ROPP capping can be done on

glass or PET bottles without any change in parts. However, this is subject to the strength of the bottle. The height of

capping head can be adjusted to suit the bottle height. A motorized height adjustment is also available optionally for

ease and faster setting and changeover. The height of cap feeding hopper and chute are automatically adjusted to suit

bottle height

VISUAL VIAL / BOTTLE INSPECTION MACHINE

Description

SSPM- Bottle Inspection machine is used for an efficient inspection of transparent filled bottles or vials, also to

manually identify and remove defective products. The operator can manually remove bottles/ vials with various

defects like visual foreign particle detection, damaged bottle, improper filled bottle, improper capped bottles/ vials.

The machine consists of following assemblies:

1. Stand.

2. Visual Inspection Belt.

3. Fluorescent Light and Magnifying Glass.

The Bottles or vials will be charged manually into the Un-scrambler/ Turn Table. This turn table is directly connected

to an Inspection belt.

The Inspection belt is installed with Fluorescent tube light and magnifying glass, when Bottle/ Vial pass through

magnifying glass, operator can easily identify the visual defects, which sometimes are not visible with usual eye sight.

Physically damaged products are manually collected from conveyor belt. Conveyor belt is installed with Start/ Stop

functionality from Foot switch to easily stop the conveyor belt to sort defective bottles/ vials moving out of inspection

TABLET INSPECTION MACHINE

Description

SSPM- Tablet Inspection machine is used for an efficient

inspection of capsules and plain or coated tablets, also to

manually identify and remove defective products. The operator

can manually remove tablets with various defects, like broken,

chipped, off-colour, contaminated or with foreign particle on the

tablet surfaces.

The machine consists of following assemblies:

1. Tablet / Capsule Feed Hopper.

2. Vibratory De-Dusting Unit.

3. Visual Inspection Belt.

4. Fluorescent Light and Magnifying Glass.

5. Dust Collector – Optional.

6. Vacuum Pick up Assembly – Optional.

The tablets or caplets will be charged manually into the feed hopper. Discharge of feed hopper having manually

operated butterfly valve to control tablets/ caplets volumes to be charged into in to a vibratory chute where a

perforated screen eliminates coarse dust and chips which are then collected in a container. From vibratory tray, the

tablets are transported to the inspection belt. Belt conveyor has brushing unit to separate tablets on the bed to easily

inspect individual tablets. An inspection belt is installed with fluorescent tube light and magnifying glass, when tablet

passes through the magnifying glass, the operator can easily identify the physical damages, which sometimes are not

visible with usual eye sight. The physically damaged products are manually collected from the conveyor belt.

Alternatively, the operator can sort the damaged product and reject the same using the Vacuum Pick up arrangement.

Vacuum pick up arrangement consists of venturi, which converts compressed air into vacuum and pick nozzle. It is

available as an option with machine.
