Steel SMC Tanks:

Rostfrei SMC panel tanks are designed in conjunction with foremost GRP Research institute authorities resulting in a quality end product featuring a modular, light weight, aesthetically appealing design that provides clients with reliable leak free performance and long service life. Rostfrei SMC tanks are sealed using a unique food grade, water resistant sealing tape with high elasticity to ensure lifelong water tight protection of your investment for upwards of 25 years. Features:

Designed for ease of replacement – individual panels can be replaced without the need to rebuild the whole tank.

Capacity Range – Upto 500 Cubic meter. Excellent hygiene – No outside light influence ensures no potential for bacteria. Non-toxic SMC mould pressed panels, installed using external metal fastening and

Product performance: The SMC mold pressing veneer is selects the non-toxic resin to solidify after the mold pressing process. The box body soaks in water, the water quality to be stable, does not contain the toxicity, and conforms to national standard The water tank seal uses the sealing tape which develops specially. This sealing tape non-toxic, water resistant, the elasticity is big, the permanent deformation is small, and the lifetime may above 30 years.

Zincalume Tanks: These tanks are fabricated using the highest grade of “Zincalume Steel” as MOC, which lasts up to four times longer than galvanized steel. We use our vast industrial knowledge experience in continuous up gradation of latest software technologies to acquire supreme designs, execution capability and techniques. ROSTFREI™ efficiently proffers a wide product line to its global customers as per their specific requirements at highly competitive prices. Zincalume steel, a premium material complies with requirements of Indian Standard – IS 15961, International Standard – ISO 9364, Australian Standard – AS 1397 and American Standard – ASTM A 792M. Zincalume steel is manufactured by a continuous hot dipped metallic coating process. The alloy coating of Zincalume steel provides excellent corrosion resistance and has been found to possess greater resistance to cracking and peeling. Zincalume® steel has an alloy coating of 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon. The 150g/m2 (with option of 200g/m2) coating weight is distributed equally on both surfaces of the coated strip. Metallic surface is coated with separate layers of special passivation solution and resin.

Tested Brand Zincalume steel, the most stringent production standards ensures its superior performance and durability. On continuous research and development, Zincalume® steel now ensures that it is able to withstand harsh environment for a longer period of time.

Sacrificial Protection After nine months exposure under industrial marine environment conditions, Zinclaume Steel gives better performance at scribes of lower widths. At the cut edge, galvanization steel is more susceptible to corrosion, as compared to Zincalume steel.

Durability and Safety The base steel is coated with 55% Al-Zn Alloy with 150g/m2 coating. It combines the sacrificial benefits of Zinc with long life barrier protection.




Glass Fused to Steel tanks: In order to ensure requirements for AGRICULTURAL SECTOR, WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANTS, BIOGAS STATIONS there where build a glass coated steel plates production line. To ensure integrated tanks and hoppers surface protection the new zinc works was also established. From the early beginnings of the production line, there have been delivered over 15 000 tank of variable dimensions. The tanks are designed in accordance with standards EN and ISO The glass – fused tanks might be used for a storage of fluid or loose materials. The tanks are also a fundamental building element of environmental technologies facilities such as waste water treatment plants (WWTP) and biogas stations. Technology Overview The enamel is a solid, smooth and shiny cover of silicate glass fused to steel. The enamel is fused in a special furnace at a temperature exceeding 800°C . The steel rounded (cylindrical) shell of the tank is built from two-layer glass-fused sheets coated on both sides. The sheets are attached with special high-grade bolts and sealed by constantly flexible silicone (sealant). The connecting material and shell accessories are equipped by the surface treatment. Verified life time of glass fused to steel tanks is more than 40 years and have high abrasion resistance and chemical resistance (pH 2-13) standard. GLS tanks are used for high variability of construction tank design (diameter, height, piping connection) and placing of technical equipment (pumps, agitators, heating..) These tanks are very quick and have safe construction methodology. Comparison Glass is at its strongest under compression of Glass Fused tanks have cross section of TRIFUSION glass magnified by 100 times under the light microscope. If we take an even closer look at the glass/steel boundary we can see that the glass and the steel have truly fused together forming a highly keyed interface which makes for a very strong physical bond between the two components. Whereas, If we look closely at the typical epoxy/steel boundary you will even see a gap between the coating and the steel clearly showing a point where there is no bonding at the epoxy/steel interface.

MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENTS OFFERING HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL HANDLING AND STORAGE SOLUTIONS Conveyors Rostfrei design and manufacture chain conveyors, screw conveyors and belt conveyors for different applications to meet operational needs. Chain Conveyors Chain conveyors are equipped with high quality component and are ideal for horizontal and inclined conveying of products demanding a completely closed dustproof transport such as grain, pellets etc. Rostfrei chain conveyors are designed in a modular system and be supplied in exact required length with different capacity ranges from 2TPH to 1000TPH. They are available with various accessories making them suitable for special applications, and with additional features which raise the level of safety. Screw Conveyors Screw conveyors are designed for competent and consistent transport of a wide range of agricultural and industrial products. Equipment and accessories are manufactured both for straightforward conveyors and for complete systems for large turn-key projects. These conveyors are constructed with reversible motors and several gate-controlled, bottom dump discharge points to provide flexibility. Belt Conveyors Belt conveyors are used for moderate horizontal conveying of granular products like grains, pellets, powder etc. The shape of the belt , system inclination and speed of movement are dependent on the solids content and consistency of the material. Typical speed of belt conveyor is 11-16 km/hr. Slide Gates Rostfrei slide gate valves are designed to stop grain flow from outlets of storage bins, silos and other discharge point. Slide gates are available in manually actuated and pneumatic slide gate valves. The standard sizes are available in standard size ranging from 6inch to 36 inch. Bucket Elevator Bucket Elevators are used for transporting flowable bulk material vertically. Rostfrei Bucket Elevators are designed in such a way that withstand easy mechanical process with high quality components. A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps.




A centrifugal discharge elevator may be vertical or inclined.

Vertical elevators depend entirely on the action of centrifugal force to get the material into the discharge chute and must be run at speeds relatively high.

Inclined elevators with buckets spaced apart or set close together may have the

discharge chute set partly under the head pulley. Since they don’t depend entirely on the centrifugal force to put the material into the chute, the speed may be relatively lower.

Aeration System Proper aeration is an important part of every grain storage system and is essential to maintain grain quality. Our aeration systems are designed to provide the best aeration in the most difficult product. Properly operated aeration systems can save your money, control insect infestation and moisture migration, and reduce grain spoilage. We use rigid corrugated, perforated aeration duct made from heavy-gauge galvanized steel combined with high- efficiency axial aeration fans. We ensure the best aeration to customer by combining easy and fast installation with the industry’s most powerful structure design. Sweep Auger The smooth finish of our sweep auger ensures the minimum transfer of residue; therefore reducing the risk of contaminated products. This is an ideal application to assist with the horizontal and high conveying of free flowing granular and pelleted materials. Temperature Monitoring System This Provides full control for quality storage. It is a passive system with virtually no maintenance. The probes can be replaced without emptying the silo and are supported on 2 beams, preventing weight being applied to the roof. Silo Control Panels Silo Control panels has a control system which is designed to control the filling of storage silos. All work of the system displayed on the panel, running engines are marked glowing lights.
