Outdoor Venues
The hotel may suggest relocating events indoors due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions; final decision must be made by 10am
on day of event, if not prior. All outdoor music must conclude by 10pm.
Split Menus
It is our pleasure to offer a choice of entrée selection for your event. We can offer up to three selections excluding special dietary
requests. Final selections must be made no later than 10am, 3 business days prior to your event. We also request place cards indicating
guest choice along with final counts by table number.
Wedding Cake
Wedding Cake is included in your wedding package; for certain designs that include fondant icing, pastillage, metal leafing, or intricate

White Linen, Chair Covers or Chiavari Chairs are included in your package. Selections must be made 30 days prior to event. All other
decorative elements and centerpieces are excluded. Please note that confetti is not allowed and that no items are to be hung on the
walls or suspended from ceilings without prior consultation.

The Ceremony
The food, beverage, and set-up are the key focus of your Wedding Specialist. We recommend that you discuss with your Officiant or
Wedding Planner, upon securing their services, their coordination of the rehearsal and ceremony.
Gift Bag Delivery
Gift bags can be delivered by Valet to your guest’s rooms for a charge of $4 per bag. No perishable items are allowed. Please note that
all bags should be the same and not be addressed individually.
Valet Parking
It is our pleasure to extend a preferred event valet rate of $15.00
Overnight Valet parking is available at $30 per vehicle.
Self parking is not available
Terms of Payment
A non refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of the estimated event cost is required upon booking. The remainder of the estimated
charges will be due 14 days prior to your function in the form of cash, cashier’s check or credit card.
Tax and Service Charge
All pricing is subject to a 22% service charge and 6% sales tax.
