The Disabled American Veterans of Minnesota established the Donor Connect Program to

connect medical equipment to Veterans and their families who are unable or who are

struggling to obtain them due to eligibility/coverage issues or financial burden.

The main goal of the program is to improve the lives of Minnesota Veterans and their

families. The Donor Connect Program is run completely off donated items and there is no

cost to either the donors or the veterans who receive them.

All donations are fully tax-deductible and after donation is made, a receipt of donation can be

sent upon request of the donor for use when filing taxes.

until it is connected

*The DAV of MN cannot estimate when an item will be connected. *The DAV of MN cannot pick up, store or deliver medical items however every attempt is made to connect the items to Veterans in

need and if possible use DAV Chapter Connections and community resources for assistance.
