> Academic Scholarships and Exhibitions: Year 8 Track candidates are automatically considered on the basis of a strong performance in their entrance examinations and invited to Scholarship interviews (held shortly after the examinations). Those gaining a place through early testing (Year 6 Track) will have the opportunity to compete for Academic Scholarships by completing a Scholarship Application Form in the Autumn Term preceding the year of entry and by taking the Year 8 Track examinations, followed by interviews

> Other Awards available: Music, Drama, Art, Design Technology, Sports; assessment is by audition, portfolio or trial as appropriate, in January of Year 8

> Parents of candidates for Awards in Music, Drama, Art, Design Technology or Sports must apply via the relevant form which can be found on the website under ‘Admissions’ and ‘Awards and Bursaries’ or requested by post from the Admissions Off ice. Forms must be submitted by the end of December preceding the year of entry

> Candidates may apply for multiple Awards

> All candidates, including those gaining a place through early testing, will be eligible to compete for Awards

Bursary application forms and advice are available on request from [email protected]

> Means-tested bursary awards of up to 100% remission of fees are available

> Applications should be made between the beginning of October and the end of November preceding the proposed year of entry.

Extra Time and/or Laptop Use in Entrance Tests and ExaminationsThese arrangements may be made on the basis of an educational psychologist’s report and at the discretion of Mill Hill School (details are available on our website)

Acceptance of an Off er> 13+ and 14+ off ers are unconditional in the majority

of cases

> In order to accept an off er of a place an Acceptance Form (sent with any off er letter) must be completed and submitted with a non-refundable Acceptance Deposit of £2,000
