Guaranteed AM and PM Delivery Options

with select carriers

Shipments not delivered within date/time

specified on the bill of lading may not be

considered a service failure when the reason

for the delivery delay is deemed as no fault of

the carrier.

In the event of carrier failure to comply with the

guaranteed service requested, Logistics Plus

will cancel 100% of shipment charges on

customer request.

If the shipment charges have already been

paid, then a refund will be issued in the amount

of the paid charges.
