4. Click NEXT to set SPONSORSHIP rules. Select no sponsorship, or set manual or automatic

sponsorship of machines added to this site. Choose the level you wish to sponsor the machine(s)

at as well as a start action and an end date. Accept T & Cs, then click NEXT.

5. Add SUB CONTRACTOR DOCUMENTS (docs you require from others) via the third tab.

If default site requirements are set they will be listed to the right of the screen and also appear in

the document type list with a lock symbol. Default requirements are mandatory documents

- they can only be edited by the administrator.

6. To select additional site requirements, expand the headings and click the tick next to the

document type.

7. Click NEXT to add SITE OWNER DOCUMENTS (docs you will provide to others)

How to Add & Manage a Connection

1. Go to the CONNECTION tab in the main menu

2. Click ADD A SUB-CONTRACTOR

3. A pop-up will appear. Enter the email address of your connection (sub-contractor)

An email will be sent to the specified address with instructions to accept/reject the connection

= pending

= rejected

= accepted/connected

How to Add & Manage a Connection

1. To manage a connection, click on the vertical blue dots, then CONNECTION DETAILS

- view contact information, library documents and connection contacts.

2. To add a new contact (ie. a person who works for the connected company) again, click on the

vertical blue dots, then click ADD CONTACT. Select the contact you wish to connect with from the

drop down list, then click CONNECT.

5. Hover over the library icon to view required, missing, approved and rejected documents.

A red library icon means documents are missing or have been rejected

A green library icon shows documents all required documents have been added and/or approved

An orange libray icon shows expired and/or pending documents

6. Click on the Library icon to view, approve or reject your connections documents.

Locate the document, click approve (thumbs up) or reject (thumbs down,) then click SAVE. NOTE: You must add a comment to a rejected document.

How to invite a contact to a pre-qual site process

1.

1. Go to the CONNECTION tab in the main menu

2. (As a Prime Contractor) find the contact that you wish to invite to your pre-qual site process. Click the vertical blue dots, then INVITE TO PRE-QUAL SITE PROCESS.

3. A pop-up will appear. Select site from list of your public sites and click SEND INVITATION.Your contact (sub contractor) will receive an email detailing the pre-qual site process.

Inviting contacts to a pre-qual site process means that they are able to add machines to your sitefor pre-qualification.

NOTE: Save time by sending a site pre-qual invitation to a pending connection. This way they will be ready to add machines immediately after they accept the connection.

How to add machines to a pre-qual site process

2. Select your machines, then click ADD TO PRE-QUAL SITE PROCESS

a site. Select the machine(s) that you wish to remove, then click REMOVE MACHINES FROM LIST.A modal will appear - tick confirm & click SAVE.

How to review an Assessment

A Prime Contractor can conduct a review of an existing assessment against the machine as it is at the time of review i.e. now.. The review results show any variances between the original and review assessment plus any actions required.

1. Find the machine, click on the vertical blue dots, then click REVIEW ASSESSMENT

2. The machine modal will open at tab 3 - History. Find the assessment that you wish to review and click REVIEW ASSESSMENT (or click UPDATE to make changes to an assessment that has already been reviewed.)

How to review an Assessment

3. The review assessment is identical to the original assessment i.e. specs, answers, comments andphotos. The background colour shows the original answer - eg. green = yes answers.- click on each line to agree, or select an alternative answer. A comment must be added if the question is answered differently to the original assessment.

TIP: Scroll down to botton of the page & select ACCEPT ANSWERS if you agree with all the original answers.

4. Once review assessment is complete, click through to the last tab 7. ACTIONS & RESULTS to view any differences between the two assessments. Download a review report or share via email.

How to complete a Site Acceptance Checklist (Assessment)

Questions in a Site Acceptance Checklist (Assessment) are specific to a site & Plant Assessor Membership. A Sub Contractor can complete a Site Acceptance Checklist (Assessment) after they are invited to add machines to pre-qual site process by a Prime Contractor.

1. Click on the vertical blue dots next to the machine, then click CREATE ASSESSMENT

2. Choose the SITE ACCEPTANCE CHECKLIST as the purpose, then select the site that the checklist/assessment is specific to. (Note: only active public sites that the sub contractor has been invited to will show in this list)

3. Tab 5 displays all the checklist/assessment questions. Answer all honestly. After completed,click through toTab 7 to viewactions and an assessmentreport.

4. This assessment/checklist can be reviewed at any time following the review process (see pages 1-2)

How to Approve Documents

A Prime Contractor can set site default documents that a Sub Contractor must comply to.Once a Sub Contractor uploads the appropriate documents the Prime Contractor is then able to reject or approve them.

1. (As a Prime Contractor) click on the Pre-qual Machines tab on the machines home screen, then select a site on the left of the page

2. The library icon next to each machine shows the documents required by the pre-qual site the machine is assigned to

3. To view, approve or reject a document click on the library icon. Click to view the document, select approve or reject . A comment is required if a document is rejected.

4. The machine owner will be notified of the approval/rejection outcome via email. The machine owner may also hover over the library icon to view the status of each document.

How to Approve Pre-qual Machines

A Prime Contractor approve or reject a machine based on its compliance, assessment results and supplied/missing documents.

A Prime Contractor may only approve machines that have been added to a pre-qual site.

1. To approve a machine, click the Pre-qual Machines tab on the machines home screen & select a site2. Find the machine, click the vertical blue dots, then select approve or reject.

3. A modal will appear. The machine details and document status (missing, rejected, pending orapproved) are listed on the left. Required documents (set by the Prime Contractor) are list onthe right.

4. Click approveor reject. The machineowner will be notifiedof the outcomevia email.

5. Click SAVE, thenCLOSE. The approvalstatus will now bereflected underthe machine details.

Sponsoring Machines

1.

A Prime Contractor may opt to pay the costs associated with Plant Assessor use for the machines that a Sub Contractor uses to fulfil a contract - ie. the amount of time a machine is used on a site.Prime Contractors can only sponsor machines that have been added to a pre-qual site process.

The Prime Contractor must first add a Sub Contractor as a connection (learn more about connections) and invites them to add machines to a pre-qual site process (learn more about pre-qual sites.)

A Prime Contractor can choose to sponsor machines manually or setup automatic sponsorship - choose to sponsor all machines on a particular site.

Steps for a Prime Contractor to manually sponsor machines:

1. Click the Pre-qual Machines tab on the machines home screen

2. Select a site, then find the machine you wish to sponsor

3. Click the three vertical dots next to the machine, then select SPONSOR MACHINES

Sponsoring Machines

Steps for a Prime Contractor to set automatic sponsorship:

Automatic sponsorship is set when a site is created.

1. On the SITES page click ADD NEW SITE

2. Enter the site name & select a site

status in the site details tab. Click NEXT to set SPONSORSHIP rules.

3. Select automatic

sponsorship. This means you

will automatically sponsor

any machine on this site.

Choose a sponsorship

machine level, start & end

date, accept the monthly

charges, then click SAVE

4. A Prime or Sub Contractor may view sponsorship charges or credits anytime via

My Account > Billing status

This tab shows -

• Monthly machine charges

• Commitment level (if applicable)

• Third party charges (shared in)
