The REVO product family, well known for energy efficient high

bay lighting, is now enriched with a new product range called

REVO RAF, incorporating numerous models with different

reflectors uniquely designed for all possible warehouse

configurations so as to provide energy efficent fluorescent

lighting, optimised specifically for each and every demand.

ENERGY SAVING

REVO luminaires provide significant energy savings over HID

fixtures thanks to their highly efficient reflectors. For concrete

comparison figures check the tables at following pages. To

name an example, a 1x80 W REVO RAF luminaire and a 250 W

HID luminaire will provide similar lighting levels and thus the

energy saving provided by REVO RAF fixture over HID will be

over 70%

TROUBLE-FREE OPERATION WITH MINIMISED

MAINTENANCE

Comparing 23000Hrs lifetime of T5 fluorescent lamps with

Mercury vapour lamps’4000Hrs and 8000Hrs of general

HID lamps, re-lamping needs will be 3 to 6 times less

thus dramatically reducing re-lamping costs. This obvious

advantage together with the high grade material utilised

The REVO-LB luminaires have been developed as a new series to be used on low ceilings (Low Bay) adding to our successful energy-saving product line of REVO luminaires, which are already in great demand as high-ceiling (High Bay) luminaires, giving an energy- saving alternative to the HID luminaires at high level. The REVO-LB luminaires will now eliminate the low-ceiling related problems of plants. This is possible due to the significant energy-saving capabilities of the REVO–LB range compared to the batten type waterproof fluorescent luminaires, and many other additional advantages for low level applications.

ENERGY SAVING

The efficient reflector technology used on all of the luminaires of the REVO-LB series provides a much greater amount of energy saving in comparison with the gas discharge luminaires and the fluorescent batten style waterproof luminaires. The new REVO-LB, a 2x80 W REVO-LB luminaire provides the same amount of lumen based on an empirical approach, compared to two 2x58 W batten style waterproof luminaires. The energy saving will, therefore, be approximately 20% and the requirement for the luminaires and installations will be reduced by half. Consequently the REVO-LB shows savings in the initial investment cost (luminaries + installation) as well as in the operating costs.

SMOOTH OPERATION

High-pressure luminaires have short lifetime spans when compared with the lifetime of T5 bulbs used in the REVO-LB range. As an example, the lifetime for Mercury is 4000 hours, and 8000 hours for HID, while the T5 has an impressive 23,000-hour lifetime. This shows that the HIDs will be replaced 3 times, and Mercury lamps replaced 8 times during the lifespan of a T5 bulb. Through this example one can see the amount that could be saved on the labour associated with bulb replacement alone. The short life span of batten style waterproof luminaires requires the plant to carry out frequent maintenance. The long life components and materials of the REVO luminaires eliminate the requirement for constant lighting maintenance for several years.

facilities It’s the group of high ceiling fittings suitable

for high safety necessities and energy efficient at the

It is not acceptable for the breakable/spillable material to be on the

ceilings of a food manufacturing plant. It presents a great health risk

if any foreign material leaves the fitting on the ceiling and fall on the

production lines. REVO-Food fittings never allow any foreign material

to spill or fall during an incident of breaking, besides the high impact

protection against breaking.

Stainless Body

In many food manufacturing plants, it is observed that the extreme humidity

or the gases from the food act corrosively on the objects or damage them.

REVO-Food fittings have the stainless body option for such environments to

offer the best solution with the IP 65 body structure.

IFS (Internatıonal Food Standart):

Another REVO-Food fittings’ option is the Aura-protector bulbs which are

compatible with the International Food Standard. These bulbs have the feature

of not falling apart of the glass material inside during an incident of breaking.

production facilities. It is the group of high ceiling fittings

which have high performance on cold volumes.

The standart flourescent fitting connot be operated in such cold ambiant lower than 0 oC to provide the desired light level with high efficiency. And another problem is protecting the fixture againist cold.

The components used in REVO-Cold fittings such as bulb, ballast are compatible for cold ambiences inorder to provide to desired level of lighting while preventing the fittings from being damaged by thecold volume.

Flourescent Bulbs Generating Little HeatWhen used in cold, high intensity fittings consume excessive energy, have short life and a long dischar-ge time. But the strongest disadvantage brought up by their use is that they produce too much heatresulting in the rise of the ambient temperature and thus, resulting in the excessive energy consumpti-on of the chiller system.

More Energy Saving by Application (Specific Optical Design)The REVO fittings which provide the opportunity of optical designs specific to various heights andarchitectural structures can achieve the maximum efficiency for all types of architectural structureof the cold storages. The physical structure of the high intenstiy bulbs limit the optical designparameters. Even this only indicates that high intensity lamps are not the right choice for the highshelves or high ceilings.

Aura-Thermo Bulb for Cold Ambience & Industrial BallastAura Thermo bulbs are covered with a transparent tube around the flourescent bulb, which makesthe lamp more efficient in cold ambiences. This unique bulb design give more efficiency in cold storegaarea.

Industrial BallastsIndustrial ballasts are much more durable for cold conditions. It has 200.000 (hrs) of life-time insub-zero environment.

NEED OF HIGH LEVEL OF LIGHT AND INTENSE ENERGY CONSUMPTION

Sports facilities generally need high ceilings and a high level of lighting.

Especially during official competitions the level of light needed reaches

an extreme value of 2000 lux which results in the most of the energy

consumption in a sports facility to be for the lighting. It is essential for

the lighting equipment to be energy efficient under these conditions.

Our new REVO fittings whcih provide a considerable energy saving for high

ceilings satisfy this demand.

QUAKE AND IMPACT SAFETY

Intense noice, vibration and ball hitting are the factors that should be considered

REVO-Sport fittings are designed to satisfy these demands. The vibration absor-

bing fasteners protect the electronic components while the cage in front of the

fitting protects the bulb and reflector against ball momentum up to IK10.

The Unbreakable Bulb - Aura Protector

An option for our REVO-Sport fittings is the Aura Protector Bulbs that are breaking

proof against any mechanical impact to provide safety.

REVO-ZEBRA

Finishing Lines: are the final control lines for the paintings ofthe automobiles in the car manufacturing plants. The final controlshave to be made with great care as there’s always a possibility fora paint defect.

The defects on the surface of the car may be so hidden that they canbarely be noticed with the eye. That is why saturated light and dark-light-darklight strips to provide contrast on the surface of the car for the personnel who perform the final checks.

Zebra Effect: It is the contrast differences created by reflectinglight-dark-light strips on the surface of the atuomobile. This helpsto notice the paint defects.

To be able to provide this effect, the light emitting surface shouldnot be noticed by reflecting from the surface of the car. The stripwidth should be about 10-15 cm wide. Light strips on the reflectionon the suface on the car should only be as much as the reflectorsurgace and no light reflection should be seen but for these. REVO-Zebra fittings provide this effect on the automobile surface.

Lighting Automation: For a clearer Zebra effect and energysaving we conceptualize the projects with our own products in which the lighting level is adjusted depending on the color of the car andthe system itself proceeds along with the car.
