Running is merely good for you for therefore many reasons. I have been running for more than
30 years - and I can not imagine each day without running. It keeps me healthier, in a good
feeling, keeps my mind alert and energetic to do exactly what I have to do per day. Running is
something that I feel that everyone can - and must - do.
