Packages start at $795.00 plus all application sales taxes

Hourly Rate(s)Re {Defining Moments} may be retained as your event consultant at the rate of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125) per hour for services, which include but not limited to, phone calls, face to face meetings, travel time to and from any and all appointments and the like. Time will be kept track of in 15 minute increments. Any additional costs incurred to execute your request, such as film developing; postage, etc. will be reimbursable to Re {Defining Moments} .

In addition, to Re {Defining Moments} will keep accurate records of all time spent on phone calls and meetings made on your behalf. A statement of such record keeping will be sent to your attention at any time during the planning process.

Important Information Package pricing is based on event complexity, size of wedding party, number of guests, location and the duration of planning time available from contract signing to actual event.

In addition to your onsite wedding director, an appropriately trained coordination staff will be present to ensure the efficient management of your event.

Your first consultation with us is complimentary. This meeting serves as a Get Acquainted Sessionwe want you to get to know our ideals, and us while we get to know you and the vision that you have for your wedding. At this consultation, we will: Review your Wedding Questionnaire to understand your vision for your wedding and discuss creative ideas. You are encouraged to bring a notebook of questions, pictures and ideas. Please set aside at least an hour for our initial meeting.

Any fees quoted to the client are only for the services provided by Re {Defining Moments} and do not include the fees for other vendors and their services. Re {Defining Moments} is only responsible for the work and services that it provides.

In order to retain the services of a wedding consultant, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at contract signing.

Travel expenses are applied to all client accounts that occur outside of the Savannah Area. Fees will be detailed in the clients Wedding Services Agreement. Re {Defining Moments} is available for events outside of Georgia. All fees associated with travel will be billed directly to the client.

Important Information (contd) Surcharges - Holidays and Holiday Weekends are subject to a 15% surcharge. The surcharge only applies to services contracted for the Wedding Day services, not for pre-wedding planning consultations or services. Package prices will reflect these premiums.

Rush Fees - Rush Fees of 15% of the total package price will apply to weddings scheduled less than four weeks prior to the desired wedding date.

With this online alternative, your payments are secure and relayed quickly. With PayPal you may also make a payment with a bank transfer or write an E-Check.
