Randy is a professional engineer with nineteen years of experience in civil engineering design,

construction management, and public planning. His experience includes land development and

site design projects, roadway design, hydrology and hydraulic analyses for road and bridge

projects. He is also experienced in water and sanitary sewer system design, municipal on-call

services, public planning projects and construction inspection.

Outside of work, Randy is very involved in family activities. Married to his high school

sweetheart, Amy, for almost 22 years, they have a son who is a sophomore in high school and a

daughter who is in 7th

grade. When not doing repairs around the house or attending school-

related functions, Randy volunteers at his church in a number of roles (including heading up the

building committee to plan a new home for the congregation). For fun, he enjoys shooting sports

and reading.
