My Name is Ramy Edrees. I am a construction engineer working as a construction project manager with a successful 16 years track record in mainly the construction of hospitality projects. My domain is primarily the hotels and resorts. As for me, I am a highly motivated, dedicated and responsible Construction / Project Manager. Extremely technically astute, adept at project management, project engineering, material procurement, cost estimations, consultations, contract man-agement, MOM preparations, Building information modelling (BIM), supervision and management. Positive and proactive, experienced in the construction, refurbishing and design of hospitality projects, residential compounds and high-rise, commercial projects, finishing works and concrete structures. • The Souq Waqif Hotel was originally a complex of old traditional build-

ings consisting of retail stores and restaurants. After undergoing modi-

fications and changes, the area was renovated into a hotel site, reflect-

ing Arab infused designs and architecture.

• The Project is located at Souq Wakif Historical area in front of al

Merqab Hotel, The total keys allocated in the Hotel is 16 keys, the

roof top is occupied with an open air restaurant.

• Its interior design and the souq ambiance gives this property a

unique flavor.
