Ralph Eggleston

Who is Ralph

Eggleston? Ralph Eggleston, born October 18th 1985 is an American Animator, Art Director, Storyboard Artist and Production Designer.

He began his main industry career at Kroyer Films where he worked on productions such as, ‘Computer Warriors: The Adventure Begins’ and ‘Fern Gully: The Last Rainforest’.

He has also had roles as a storyboard artist for ‘The Simpsons’ and has been an animator in cartoons such as, ‘Family Dog’ and ‘Garfield: His 9 Lives’

In 1992, Eggleston was hired by PIXAR during the development of ‘Toy Story. His work within this film earned him an Annie Award for Best Art Director.

Whilst working with PIXAR he also won and Oscar for his own short film ‘For The Birds’.

Eggleston, went on to be the Production Designer for both ‘Finding Nemo’ & ‘Wall-E’. His most recent work has been on Pixar’s summer hit, ‘Inside Out’
