ABOUT THE TRAININGFund managers will work with industry experts to design a fund that best leverages their core competencies and unique contexts to successfully raise capital. Experts will help fund managers:

� Design a fund that is compelling to impact investors;

� Develop a deeper understanding of the impact investor landscape and learn how to target the right ones; and

� Develop marketing skills that successfully secure commitments.

Bringing the market into focus, training sessions are designed around regional patterns of investment and examples of investor action and successful fundraises, and include:

� MARKET DATA illustrating trends and best practices;

� SUCCESS STORIES from new funds that have recently secured capital commitments, with details on how they broke through fundraising barriers;

� INSIGHTS FROM INVESTORS about what stands out and makes a difference in a fund design and pitch; and

� EXAMPLES OF WHAT TODAY’S LEADING IMPACT INVESTORS ARE WORKING ON and thinking about.
