Relating to the method of payment and information of layout index Indonesia World Aeronautical Chart (WAC) and Air Navigation Chart (ANC) – ICAO, This AIC issued to replace previous AIC’s number 01/07 dated 15 Feb 2007 subject Aeronautical Information Service Publication.

The New method of payment and information of layout index WAC are

mentioned on the following attachments below :

a. Layout index of Indonesia WAC not inclusive on AIP Indonesia the customers be able to ordered separately which is available and shown on attachment “A”;

b. The prices of those publications above are determined on the basis of

cost recovery principle as shown on attachment “B”. The cost increment was made taking in to account, the increased of pages, cost for maps and printed material as well as AIP binders;

c. Methode of payment as shown on attachment “C” which is available

account number for Rupiah payment, and d. Receipt form as shown on attachment “D”.

The publication mentioned above including AIP Amendment, AIP Supplement, Monthly NOTAM Summaries and AIC are distributed free of charge to ICAO contracting state (foreign AIS Office) on the basis of reciprocity as mentioned on paragraph 175.4 of CASR 175.

For any other subscribers the price should be paid in USD which equivalent in Rupiah based on the prevailing bank exchange rate as described on the order form on the Attachment or in Rupiah as well to the account numbers as mentioned on invoice from.
