Pythagoras' Theorem
It is a relation in Euclidean geometry among
the three sides of a right triangle. It states that the
square of the hypotenuse equals the sum of the
squares of the other two sides.
Calculate the Hypotenuse

𝑐 = 𝑎2 + 𝑏2
𝑐 = 32 + 42 = 25
𝑐 = 5
Calculate any of the Legs of the
Right Triangle
a = ?
b = 10
c = 14
𝑎 = 𝑐2 − 𝑏2
𝑎 = 142 − 102 = 96
𝑎 ≅ 9.8
