FifFifty years ago, two intrepid sweet makers made the journey from their home town Pure Punjabi to

India’s bustling capital city. They brought with them secrets of sweet making as their capital and an

enthusiasm to present a very different culinary experience to the people who till now were exposed

to very different kind of savories.

ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਦਾ ਦੀ ਛਾਪ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਲਗਭਗ ਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੀ ਜੋਸ਼ ਚਲਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਰੰਪਰਕ ਸਵਾਦ ... ਸ਼ੱੁਧ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੇ ਹਨ ਬਰਾਬਰ

ਪੰਜਾਹ ਸਾਲ, ਦੋ intrepid ਮਿੱਠੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਸ਼ੱੁਧ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੇ ਤੱਕ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਚਹਿਲ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤੀ. ਉਹ ਹੁਣ ਤਕ savo-
